The options described are available when you login.
The Login for editing web pages, the Directory and uploading News documents, is on the left hand menu. This Login form is shown at the bottom of the Convenors menu when you select "Convenor: How To" menu item (or any other menu item under Convenor menu - except Email)
The Calendar and Email accounts have separate login screens:
Email: When you select the 'Coordinator Emails' menu item, then you are asked to login to the email account.
Calendar: To change the Calendar events you select login from the top menu of the calendar.
